Direct Primary Care removes the insurance middleman from primary care. You pay a simple monthly membership fee. That fee covers your primary care — longer visits, direct access to your provider, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
Call or text first. Same-day visits when available.
When something comes up, you can reach your provider directly. If an in-person visit is needed, we'll help schedule the right appointment as quickly as possible — often same day or next day when available. No phone trees. No endless callbacks. No waiting three weeks just to be heard.

The Doc's Office was created from decades of combined experience in healthcare, emergency medicine, military service, public safety, and community care. We have seen how difficult it can be for patients and families to get the time, access, education, and support they need.
That is why we are building a clinic focused on personal care, prevention, practical education, and stronger relationships. It is our privilege to care for this community with compassion, integrity, and purpose.

Melissa Cahill, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of healthcare experience — from Labor and Delivery and the ICU to Emergency Medicine and Women's Health.
She founded The Doc's Office because she believes every patient deserves a provider who listens carefully, looks at the whole picture, and builds a real relationship over time — not just a 7-minute appointment.
At The Doc's Office, Melissa's patients are known by name, not by chart number.

Specialty add-on programs are available for active members age 18 and older only. A $99 Specialty Program Evaluation is required before enrollment. Program-related basic labs are included with the monthly add-on fee. If additional labs or services are recommended outside the program protocol, we will review the cost with you before anything is ordered. Medications, injection supplies, smart scales, devices, and pharmacy costs are separate and may be available at preferred pricing through contracted pharmacy partners when available.
